How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days once you place your order. If you absolutely need an item to ship out the same day you place your order, simply call us and we can arrange something.
Are shipping charges included in the price?
Shipping charges will be calculated through your checkout process.
What methods of shipping do you have available?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped out USPS Ground . Upon request, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are also available.
Can an order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Yes, for all shipments to a P.O. Box we will use the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation.
NOTE: Using a P.O. Box instead of a physical address may delay your order by 1 - 2 business days. If possible, we recommend using a physical address instead of a P.O. Box for tracking purposes and quicker delivery times.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE: If you decide to have your order shipped to a PO Box you will incur an additional $15 shipping charge for Priority Postal Service).
Is "rush delivery" available?
Rush deliveries are available. Once again we ask that you please call to make the proper arrangements.
